If you choose to connect a Google or YouTube account, or use Google sign-in with BraneIQ (including BraneIQ YouTube Moderator at ytm.braneiq.com), we access Google user data only as permitted by you and only to provide the features you request. The specific data we access depends on the Google OAuth scopes you approve during authorization.
- Access: We may access basic profile information (such as your name and email address), account identifiers, YouTube channel identifiers, comments, and other Google user data required for the integration you enable (for example, authentication, YouTube comment moderation, workspace access, or connected Google services you authorize)
- Use: Google user data is used solely to authenticate you, provision your BraneIQ account, deliver product functionality you request (including YouTube comment moderation), maintain security, provide customer support, and comply with applicable law. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising or to sell user data
- Storage: Google user data is stored on secure servers operated by BraneIQ or our infrastructure providers. Access tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest where applicable. Data is stored only for as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law
- Sharing: We do not sell Google user data. Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations

6. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) user data
If you connect Facebook or Instagram accounts to BraneIQ Moderator or other BraneIQ products, we access Meta platform data only as authorized by you and as needed to provide moderation, monitoring, and related features.
- Access: Page IDs, ad account identifiers, access tokens, comments, comment metadata, and related content required to moderate or analyze social interactions you configure

10. Where data is stored
BraneIQ data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by reputable providers. Depending on your plan and configuration, data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our subprocessors operate. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers where applicable.
11. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. When you disconnect a third-party integration, close your account, or request deletion, we delete or anonymize customer-specific data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required for backups, dispute resolution, security logs, or legal compliance.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive credentials where applicable, access controls, tenant isolation, and audit logging. 14. Revoking third-party access
You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time:
